Based on the idea Americans drive an average of 30 miles a day, Mazda developed the 2022 Mazda MX-30 to offer an EPA estimated driving range of 100 miles on a full charge.   

The SUV comes with a Level 1 120-volt charging cable that plugs into any home outlet, plus a connector that works with most public charging stations. Plugging into a DC Fast Charging station will quickly charge up the electric vehicle in under an hour.   

The all-electric engine produces 143 horsepower with front-wheel drive. The "MX" in the name that matches the Mazda MX-5 Miata is no accident; the Mazda MX-30 offers up the same sharp steering, and fun-to-drive attitude.

Designed to have an open-feeling cabin, the interior of the 2022 Mazda MX-30 EV is all about the details.  

Materials like Heritage Cork are used in elements like the console tray, chosen for their low-impact and sustainable quality. The door trim of this Mazda vehicle uses fibers made from recycled plastic bottles, and the cork is harvested from tree bark without felling. 

The interior cargo space is comprised of 21 cubic feet in the rear. Thanks to 60/40-split seats that fold down in the back, that area increases to accommodate your cargo.
