I really, really like Gullo Mazda, and have bought 3 cars there. My sales person (Logan) was excellent all 3 times, no nonsense, no pressure, knowledgeable, and very competitive on price. The same was true for the finance guys.
The service department is excellent as well. I live far away from Gullo and took my cars to closer Mazda dealerships and regretted it. Issues that the other dealerships couldn't fix were resolved by Gullo, and Gullo was less expensive as well. Lesson learned; I don't take it anywhere else for service now.

First time buying a Mazda and the dealership was great. It was a pretty quick process from test driving to buying. I thought they were very fair with my trade in offer and the pricing on their new inventory was great for everything the cars had added on. I went there to look at a 2016 Kia Sorento which was listed at a good price. The sales rep and sales manager were very pleasant and accommodating. Although my trade in was in poor shape they were very fair in working with me on a bottom line price for the Kia. That's the good news.
The not very good news is that I have spent $1685 on repairs (shocks, struts, serpentine belt) within 4 days of the purchase and I am looking at almost $1400 more for cylinder head gaskets and spark plugs.

Great buying experience in 2024 with Debbie. Couldn’t have been more pleased with her sales experience and communication about our new Mazda CX 90.
